ATS Ambalaj San. Tic. A.Ş. has been maintaining its presence in the sector for 50 years by starting its activities in the Corrugated Cardboard sector, adopting today's technology and specializing. It serves more than 500 customers with an annual production capacity of 36,000 tons, with 150 expert personnel, in its 7,000 m2 factory building, 7,000 m2 of which is closed.

Customer-oriented With this approach, dynamic sales support and R&D departments carry out production planning by identifying the products that best suit the customer's needs and are of economic quality. The produced products are shipped to customers flawlessly with the principle of on-time delivery. In addition, the highest customer satisfaction is aimed with after-sales customer service.

The company produces according to customer orders and 60% of its production is semi-finished products called corrugated cardboard sheets. It provides boxes to garment workshops. The remaining 40% is delivered to final consumers to be used in packaging processes using various box garment machines.

Working in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards, the company continues its work by preserving its values ​​for quality, people and the environment.

ATS Packaging has a deep-rooted history in the packaging industry. We try to do our best every day with our 150 experienced employees in our 7,000 m2 closed and 3,000 m2 open area in Beylikdüzü. We work together with our dynamic sales support and R&D departments to produce solutions for our customers' needs. While we aim to offer the most suitable and quality products to our customers, we also strictly adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Management System and OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards. We will continue to make investments to increase our box production capacity in the future. We do our job with love and care, keeping customer satisfaction above all else.

A, B, E Single Faced Corrugated
It is used in offset printing jobs. Offset box plate is obtained by plastering offset printed chrome cardboard onto the produced single side.
Wave B
It is used in the packaging of all kinds of products, especially products that are also carriers, and in the production of molded boxes. Although the wall is weak in carrying vertical loads due to its low thickness, the surface is quite resistant to crushing due to the more frequent waves. Again, due to this quality, it gives very good results in printing. It is the most commonly used type.
C Wave
This wave type, which appears after A and B waves and has the good features of both, is a good carrier and gives good results in printing. The use of C wave in the packaging of many products, including fresh vegetables and fruits, is quite common.
E Wave
Due to the high number of grooves in the meter, it is the type of wave that has excellent surface crushing resistance and gives the best results in printing compared to all other wave types. Due to these features and lightness, it can be used successfully instead of cardboard packaging.
BC Wave
It is created by the combination of B and C waves. Corrugated cardboard, which consists of five layers of paper: inner, outer, intermediate and two corrugated, is called double wave. Due to its strong structure, it can carry large loads and is very suitable for stacking on top of each other.
EB Wave
It is created by the combination of e and b waves.
